I loved the spaciousness of the studio and the modern bathroom setup. it really added to our comfort. The breakfast included was fantastic, super tasty! However, the lobby photos made it look more vibrant than it actually felt.

Our room was pet-friendly and high standard, had feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Comfy beds, the staff were very helpful and patient. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early.

Perfect for a quiet family getaway
The staff was so attentive, they even provided a good welcome when we arrived late at night. The room was spacious, bright and very clean with modern touches that really enhanced our stay.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly worth it for the comfort and service we received.

The corner suite was spacious and modern, and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed breakfast there before heading to local spots like the Notre-Dame Basilica and Parc Jean-Drapeau. It's conveniently located near great restaurants. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn't serve dinner, but plenty of options are close by!

It must be the staff: they were very friendly and helpful (and one member of staff even spoke a bit of Dutch). The interior design was excellent (and a nice diversion of the corporate-style hotel chains) and a great location. Just a block away you can pick up one of those Bixi bicycles and off you go to explore Montreal.

The location of the hotel was superb. The professionalism, competency, helpfulness, friendliness, and courtesy of the staff were unexcelled.
Breakfast should have been included in the price. The hotel is pricey enough that the cost of breakfast should have been accomodated within the existing price.

We liked how comfortable the staff made us feel, very attentive. The whole experience felt very cozy and welcoming. It's the type of hotel that you would compare other hotels to.
I didn't like the 12$++ for each dvd use. Nobody told me about a charge, I was led to a closet where they store them and told to pick from there. I didn't see the charge for both movies until check-out. It may sound trivial, but it seemed a bit tacky. I recently stayed in a boutique hotel in California, there was no charge and unlimited use.

It was just a commendable fit for a short visit in Montreal with reasonable price. The room size was above average and quiet, nice. Make sure to check the wifi speed before trying to stream anything.

Chique, quiet hotel located in the old city. It's walking distance to the train station, science museum and restaurants. We had a spacious, modern "loft" room. Not sure why they call it that.It had a king size bed on a platform, stone floor, french window..nicely done. Fitness room is small with two machines and a mat. Bikes can be rented near by. Beautiful city, great food.

The location in Old Montreal made it super convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. My room, a Beautiful Loft, was huge and well-equipped with a nice balcony. The decor added a chic touch to the space, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly, offering great service. Breakfast was a low point. We pre-ordered but experienced long delays and missing items, which disrupted the otherwise enjoyable stay. The kitchen seemed disorganized, and the food could've arrived much quicker. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed the quietness of the room and sleeping on comfy pillows. If you're looking for a great room in a fantastic location, this hotel fits the bill. Just be cautious about breakfast.

fantastic base for exploring the heart of montreal's culture
staying here was such a treat, especially with the hotel being right on the edge of Old Montreal, super easy to stroll to amazing spots like the Montreal Museum of Archaeology and History and with lovely parks around that offered a perfect escape from urban hustle.

The staff was very helpful and caring, the accommodation was sophisticated and spotless. Delicious breakfasts with gorgeous meats, the facilities were really nice. The location was perfect and incredible for walking around a towering Gothic Revival church. And the area was very nice, just off the bell center, "old" Montreal and the waterfront.

Made to feel welcome by the staff, who were also very helpful. Received a room upgrade - probably due to off-peak season. There are a few iPads that guests can use. Overall, a very comfortable stay.
Hard to say - maybe the breakfast prices. There are a lot of other options in the neighbourhood.
